To guarantee the reservation we require a valid credit card to be held against the reservation. For group bookings, an agreed deposit is held against each room. Balance payable upon check-in.
Check in time is from 2.00pm to 7.00pm. Check out time is 10.00am. Please contact us if these times are unsuitable as we are usually able to be flexible by prior arrangement or can make arrangements for you to collect your door key.
No cancellation fee applies if you give us seven (7) days notice in advance.
Less than seven (7) days notice attracts a payment consisting of your accommodation tariff.
