Phil and I would like to thank you once again for a wonderful Easter Weekend. It has been hard to go back to work and not think of sitting on our balcony, glass of wine in hand, just looking at the rolling hills and listening to the moo of the cows!!

We will obviously be back again as soon as we can, just wish we could stay for a longer time, say - a lifetime, but jobs and duty call.

We loved our time with you and can't wait to do it again. The service and quality of food was impeccable. We have been around and know the difference. You both made us feel so welcome and catered to our wishes. Of course, the surroundings were just beautiful with the cabins built for views and privacy. Jamie and I love thinking about our weekend away!

We will definitely stay there again and we are planning our next weekend when we can go back. John and Gwenda made it a special place to stay and we have recommended it to all our friends. If you are looking for peace, relaxation, great food, friendly hosts stay at Top of the Hill. The best place to stay in Maleny, the cabins are upper class and very private.

The breakfasts and dinners were wonderful, the cabins are modern and clean and the view from the spa over the green hills was so beautiful. Thanks John and Gwenda for looking after us - we really enjoyed our stay at Top of The Hill. What we enjoyed was the quality of the chalets and the private panoramic views. It is testament to the design that the chalets are built in such a manner to give uninterrupted views and privacy whilst being connected to the main reception area. This way you get the best of both worlds.

You have all the stars, all the birds and all the lush gardens any one spot could have. Everything provided was of excellent quality and comfort, which was appreciated after a long motorbike ride from the Gold Coast. Loved the comfy bed, the spa with tranquil views. You have created an ambience in the dining area that is something very important when you only get away together a few times in a decade.

A beautiful place for a weekend getaway. Each cabin has been designed to capture gorgeous valley views, and an afternoon spent enjoying the view from the spa accompanied by a glass of wine is a must! The three course dinners are delightful as are your hosts, John and Gwenda.

A wonderful getaway experience. The cabins are very well appointed, and offer full privacy and luxury. The meals provided are delightful. The Sunday night steak was cooked to perfection, and the full range of continental and cooked breakfast an absolute treat. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, the hosts lovely. We will definitely be returning to this lovely little piece of paradise.

11 out of 10! We booked out the whole 6 cabins so it felt like our own private getaway - absolutely magical experience. From the luxurious rooms with spectacular views & spaciosu spa to the cosy warm atmosphere of the dining room. Go to the meals with an empty stomach as the superb food just keeps coming. Gwenda's homemade muesli is delicious as is everything else that comes out of their kitchen. As hosts Gwenda and John couldn't do enough for us - we felt as if we had known them for years. If success is measured by positive word of mouth feedback then book now to avoid disappointment.

We celebrated our 15th wedding at Top of the Hill. We were impressed with the our cabins that were very tastefully decorated. The privacy of the cabins were incredible & the view was amazing. The spa with a view was my request & that is what I got plus the shower. Gwenda & John are wonderful hosts who are eager to please you & to make your stay very pleasant.

Jim and I would like to thank you both for the wonderful weekend. The food was spectacular the cabin was great and the hospitality was awesome. We will be back. It was lovely to get away from the city and relax at Top of the Hill. Thank you again for making our 3 year Anniversary even more enjoyable.

We booked this accomodation for our photographer and dj when we were married last September. They were so impressed by it and said the view and brakfast was perfect. The staff were very friendly and understanding in the lead up to the wedding to, with lots of local tips and open communication.
